1. What is the leverage for all accounts?

All plans offer 1:100 leverage, regardless of account type or size.

2. Are Stop-Losses mandatory?

Yes.

• A stop-loss must be placed within 3 minutes of opening any trade.
• Failing to place a stop-loss will result in an account breach (2 soft breaches allowed).

3. Is High-Frequency Trading (HFT) allowed?

No. HFT is not permitted:

• You must hold any trade for a minimum of 60 seconds between opening and closing.
• Trades closed in under 60 seconds count as HFT, with 2 soft breaches allowed before an account breach.

4. How many trades can I stack on the same instrument?

• Defined as: same instrument + same direction.
• Maximum 2 trades allowed.
• Exceeding this limit = hard breach, applicable to both evaluation and funded accounts.

5. Is news trading allowed?

Yes, with restrictions:

• No trades may be opened 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after high-impact news.
• Maximum 2 soft breaches allowed.
• Exceeding this = account breach.

6. What are the minimum trading day requirements for the challenge?

• Standard plans: 5 trading days
• Professional plans / Instant Funding: 3 trading days.

These rules apply before the first payout.

7. What is the payout processing time?

Payouts are processed within 24 hours of your request.

8. What is the frequency of subsequent payouts?

• Payout frequency depends on the plan: weekly or bi-weekly.
• Instant Funding plans follow the specified frequency before the first payout

9. Can I hold trades over weekends and during news events?

Yes. All plans allow weekend holding and news-event holding (with news restrictions applied for high-impact events).

10. Are EAs and algorithmic strategies allowed?

Yes, with restrictions:

• ❌ HFT (high-frequency trading)
• ❌ Arbitrage strategies
• ❌ Grid strategies
• ❌ Martingale strategies
• ❌ Tick scalping
• ❌ Copying other traders or signals

All other EAs/algos are allowed as long as they follow the risk rules.

11. Do you offer refunds?

Traders become eligible for a refund of the entry fee after 3 successful payouts that total at least 6% profit.

12. How are payouts paid and how long do they take?

• Payouts are made by bank transfer or in crypto: BTC, ETH, USDT, or USDC.
• Processed within 24 hours of your request.
• Minimum payout: $150.
• No FundYourFX fee on payouts (standard bank fees or blockchain network fees may still apply).
• Provide your bank details or wallet address when you submit the request.

13. What is the difference between a soft breach and a hard breach?

• A soft breach is a minor rule violation that is tolerated up to 2 occurrences (for example, the stop-loss timing rule, the 60-second HFT rule, or the news-timing rule). Exceeding the allowed number of soft breaches results in an account breach.
• A hard breach is an immediate account breach on a single occurrence (for example, exceeding the maximum drawdown, or exceeding the stacking limit).

14. What happens if I breach an account? Can I retry?

• A breached account is deactivated and is no longer eligible for trading or profit sharing.
• You can start again with a new challenge. Free resets are available on some plans and to higher Desk tiers (see the tiers article).

15. Is KYC or a contract required?

Yes. Before your first payout you complete identity verification (KYC) and accept the Terms and Conditions that govern the program.

• Account growth occurs every 3 payouts, according to the plan’s Growth Plan logic.
